Get out of the cold and on to the lanes for the Bowl for Kids Event! It's that time of year when the community comes together in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Huron. The event will be held Friday March 31st and Saturday April 1st in Zurich and Sunday April 2nd in Lucan.

Two wins over the weekend have given th Clinton Radars the lead in their Western Ontario Athletic Association Senior Hockey playoff series against the Petrolia Squires. On Saturday the Radars got contributions up and down the lineup and took the game 7-3.

FIREARMS STOLEN FROM SOUTH HURON PROPERTY

A property owner is missing some firearms following a robbery in South Huron. Police say that sometime between 4:30 PM on March 21st and 1:30 PM on March 22nd, a theft or thieves forced entry into an unoccupied farmhouse on Hern Line south-east of Exeter.

SPEEDING CONCERNS IN CENTRALIA

A concerned citizen brought up a concern to South Huron councillor Marissa Vaughen, and CAO Dan Best provided a follow-up at the latest council meeting. Best tells myFM the citizen was worried about heavy truck traffic and speeding in Centralia. He says that the Municipality is taking first steps.
