A 54-year-old man is facing charges following an incident on July 8th. Police say they responded to a complaint of an intoxicated man on Main Street in Lucan, and the citizen who called police was concerned as it looked like the man was getting onto a motorcycle. Police would track him down and determine he has consumed alcohol, so he was arrested and brought to an OPP detachment, where he later refused to provide a breath sample.According to police the man would later assault a police officer and cause damage to OPP property. Randy Abra from Lambton County now faces impaired driving charges, a refusing to provide a sample charge, and mischief under $5000 charge and a charge of assaulting a peace officer.
