PANOVSKI TRIAL DELAYED AGAIN
10/11/2017 10:15:55 AM

There is another delay in the Boris Panovski first-degree murder trial, that was scheduled to start in Goderich next week. The lawyer for the 72-year-old Panovski has been named to the bench of the Ontario Court of Justice, which means he must end his practice and can no longer represent clients in court. Because of this development, Panovski now has six weeks to find another lawyer, and another court date will be set on November 21st. Panovski has been charged in the shooting death of Don Frigo and the wounding of his wife following an incident at the Hullet Marsh near Clinton.
The delay is the latest in a string of delays that have mostly been caused by issues surrounding Panovski's legal representation.
