Habitat for Humanity Huron County is looking to get the insulation, walls, vapour barrier and roof done soon. If you feel like you can help, come on out! You have to be over 16 to volunteer and don't necessarily need to be handy, though it certainly helps. Anyone who is willing to lend a hand will also be treated to a free hot lunch during their shift. Executive Director Cheryl Jefferson says says that the soon-to-be residents are really looking forward to moving in.
Those looking to get involved with Habitat for Humanity, and in particular, this project, are asked to call the office in Goderich.
