BEACH WATER TESTING UNDERWAY UNTIL LABOUR DAY

    The County of Huron will be monitoring and testing the water quality of beaches again this summer all the way to the Labour day weekend. The testing monitors all 14 public beaches on Lake Huron's East Coast Public Health Manager with the Health Unit Jean Albert explains that they will have 2 workers collecting samples twice a week all summer to send to the lab

    Albert adds that if the county health unit will post updates on their website and social media pages, as well as have signs posted on any beaches that may be closed. Albert adds that beaches have been closed before, and it happens a few times each year.
