The OPP is reminding drivers about the dangers of not stopping for school buses. Recently a 32-year-old North Perth man was charged with failing to stop for a school bus.
All motorists need to be aware that they need to stop for school buses when red lights are flashing and the bus is stopped. Failure to do so can result in a $2000 dollar fine, six demerit points and possible jail time of up to 6 months.
