St. Louis Blues and Varna native, Ryan O’Reilly is making sure hospitals and long term care facilities in Huron County have hand sanitizers during COVID-19.
O’Reilly’s $5000 donation was matched by friend and Stanley Cup champion, Larry Jeffrey.
They were given a list of hospitals by the South West CCAC and also donated to hospitals in Clinton, Goderich, Exeter and Seaforth.
Inspired by his grandmother, O’Reilly purchased sanitizer from an Ontario distillery that they hope will be helpful over the next few weeks.
Their goal is to donate 4000 bottles throughout the following hospitals and facilities within the next week.
