While a typical Western Fair won’t be happening as organizer cancelled it months ago, there will still be celebrations through a different wave.
The festivities will take place through your phone this year, as Director of Sales, Marketing & Communications Greg Blanchard said.
Through the free smartphone app “Engage,” you’ll have the opportunity to experience a number of different A.R. adventures tied to long established fair themes like animals, agriculture, food, local entertainment, midway fun, creative competitions and more.
While Western Fair is taking a fiscal hit due to no ticket sales this year, Blanchard said it was important to keep the spirit of the fair alive as its become a staple of London.
There will also be fair food vendors to cook up some food during the event delivered right to your door, as well as food trucks set up on the 16th.
