Gables in the Bend has been sold.
According to the bars Facebook page, both Gables and the Colonial have been sold to new owners.
The business says the reason behind the selling of both properties is COVID-19, referring to taking “a series of unplanned substantial losses in the past year followed by the pandemic,” adding they felt it was beyond their abilities to keep going.
The post continues saying they’ve accepted an offer from the new owner group who they feel will maintain the integrity of the community in 2021.
