Transition Fairs for Families and Caregivers of Students with a Disability The Avon Maitland District School Board (AMDSB) and Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board (HPCDSB) are thrilled to announce two upcoming Transition Fairs aimed at empowering families and caregivers of students with a disability aged 12-21 years. Perth Transition Fair Date: April 12, 2025 Location: St. Michael Catholic Secondary School. Stratford Time: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Huron Transition Fair Date: May 3, 2025 Location: Central Huron Secondary School. Clinton Time: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM These fairs provide a unique opportunity to learn about the services offered by local agencies and community groups dedicated to supporting life after high school.
