Grace says the town is putting in over $50,000 towards the improvements to the airport.
He says ever since Sky Harbour Aircraft closed its business at the airport in 2010, things haven’t been the same.
The airport task force was formed in 2020 and is made up of members from the Town of Goderich, the Township of Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh (ACW), and the County of Huron with the purpose of rejuvenating their regional airport.
