The Provincial Election is coming up June 2nd
myFM had the chance to sit down and talk with NDP Lambton-Kent-Middlesex candidate, Vanessa Benoit, about why she is running in the election.
Benoit is a working mom, she currently works at the Lambton County Library and loves everything to do with music.
She firmly believes in the NDP’s platform plan to bring better health care to Canadians.
The NDP want to fix the health care system by reinvesting in health care workers, repealing bill 124, which made cuts to health care workers pay, invest in Dental care for all Canadians and invest in Mental Health.
Also running for Lambton-Kent-Middlesex is incumbent Monte McNaughton, Wanda Dickey from the Green Party, David Barnwell from the New Blue Party, Aaron Istvan Vegh from the Ontario Party and from the None Of The Above party, Dave Eve. We are still waiting for the Liberal candidate.
