It is Rockstar Employee Day here on myFM and right now we are featuring Jane Dickinson.
She works as a server at the Donnelly Cafe in Lucan. Dickinson has been a server for over 20 years and loves her job and the community.
She says she was quite surprised to find out she was nominated.
She says it’s the people that make her happy. Dickinson had 12 nominates for being a Rockstar Employee.
Dickinson says the Donnelly Cafe was a part of MJ’s Roadhouse; but has sense opened a small breakfast, lunch and dinner spot in Lucan. She works there with about 5-6 other staff. She tells myFM she thinks she was able to have this experience due to the amazing staff at Donnelly Cafe.
The nominations for Jane all expressed that she always has a smile on her face. One mentioned that she can remember people’s faces and orders to base recommendations on what they enjoy. One nomination pointed out that orders are never wrong, and drinks never really reach the bottom of the cup. Another nomination said, ‘She has a FUN personality and makes each dining experience exceptional’.
