A London Man is charged following a collision on March 15th.
Huron OPP, the South Huron Fire Department, and Huron County EMS were called to Hern Line. When they arrived on the scene, they saw a black Honda in a ditch and a driver standing beside it.
Officers believed the man was impaired by drugs and was arrested.
Cocaine was found in the car after a search.
Vincent Tolton, 53-years-old of London was charged with operation while impaired and possession of cocaine.
The involved vehicle was towed and impounded for seven days. The accused’ driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days.
