After several years with no fundraisers due to the pandemic, the St. Peter’s Catholic Women’s League in St. Joseph’s has gotten creative.
On Saturday, May 20th from 8-12, they’re hosting their first ever tailgate sale just off of Highway 21, and CWL President Susan Regier says that the event will be brimming with surprises.
Anyone can purchase a parking spot for $15, and Regier says that the event will be a great community builder,
There will also be a food both with BBQ and drinks, which are available by donation. The proceeds of the event will support the CWL in their donation to various charities in the community, an opportunity that was solely missed by the group during the pandemic says Regier,
