Lass detailed the array of resources available, including transition planning resources provided by the FCC, mental health support avenues through various organizations, and practical tools like OMAFRA’s succession planning checklist and guide.
According to Lass, economic development and support for small businesses and entrepreneurs really go hand in hand,
