It’s Crabby Joe’s game day. The Exeter Hawks face off against the Mt.Brydges Bulldogs tonight at 8pm at the South Huron Recreation Centre in Exeter.
Connor Aarts, Defenseman for the Exeter Hawks is someone with a passion for the great game of hockey.
Connor has played hockey for some time now, for various teams.
This season is unfortunately Connors last with the Hawks.
Connor says while the team may have not had the greatest start this season, they are looking to the future, getting better and better each week.
He says the team is great and everyone gets along very well.
Connor plays as a defenceman for the team, and when asked about his role he had this to say.
Connor may not be a hometown boy, but he says Exeter Hawks fans are really amazing.
When asked about his plans on the ice tonight, Connor has one main aim: to win. He also hopes everyone in Exeter will come out and enjoy the game.
