The Bayfield Lions Club is hosting their annual community breakfast this weekend, and the community is invited to once again come out and fill their bellies for a great cause.
President Ian Matthew says that the meal is sure to be a real lip smacker.
The Lions Club’s engagement in community philanthropy stems from a deep-rooted ethos of gratitude and camaraderie – with deep roots in the community for all involved.

Their commitment extends to supporting local nonprofits like the food bank, where every donation serves as a lifeline for neighbors in need – the Bayfield Food Bank has recently set up shop in the Lion’s own building, and Matthew says that the close relationship is a point of pride.
The annual community breakfast, a cornerstone event, sees overwhelming support – with lineups out the door a regular occurrence.
Matthew anticipates running out of food, so come early, come hungry, and come support a good cause.
That’s coming up, this Sunday from 7:30 until 11:30 at the Bayfield Community Centre – all funds raised go to the food bank, adults are 12 dollars and children under 3 are free.
