Middlesex County OPP are investigating a break and enter at a property in North Middlesex.
On December 13th at 12:11 p.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a property on Creamery Road in North Middlesex for a report of a break and enter in progress.
When officers arrived, they saw two individuals fleeing the area on foot. The OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) and OPP Canine unit found and arrested the two individuals nearby. The pair had been driving a vehicle that had become stuck, and the vehicle was later confirmed to be stolen.
A 33-year-old from Sarnia has been charged with break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 in Canada. The accused was held for bail.
A 33-year-old from West Perth has also been charged with break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
