
Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a case involving intimate partners in the Municipality of Central Huron on February 8th. Following an investigation, officers determined that a suspect had allegedly committed criminal acts against their partner.
A 35-year-old Central Huron resident was arrested and charged with two counts of assault (spousal) under the Criminal Code. The accused was taken into custody, processed, and held for a bail hearing before being released. They are scheduled to appear in court at the Ontario Court of Justice in Goderich on March 17, 2025.
