The County of Huron, along with the Municipality of Bluewater and the Municipality of South Huron, is getting ready to start Phase 2 of the reconstruction of County Road 83 (Dashwood Road). This project will include replacing the Dashwood-Hay Municipal drain, the watermain, and the water services along the road. VAN BREE Enterprises will handle the construction, which is expected to begin in early April 2025, depending on the weather.
To share more information about the project, an open house will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. It will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Dashwood Community Centre, located at 158 Centre Street in Dashwood.
Residents and anyone interested are encouraged to attend, ask questions, and share their comments during and after the meeting.
