
On March 18th Huron County OPP investigated an incident involving intimate partners in Goderich. During the investigation, officers discovered that a criminal act had allegedly been committed by one partner against the other.
A 29-year-old individual from Goderich was arrested and charged with spousal assault under the Criminal Code. The accused was processed and later released, with a court date set at the Ontario Court of Justice in Goderich.
