Huron County OPP says a man reported missing from the Goderich Harbour has been found dead.
On April 13th, just after 2:30 a.m., police received a call about a missing man. He was last seen fishing on the west side of the Goderich Harbour. He had left his home around 6 p.m. the night before.
Police had asked for help from the public in finding him. There was a large police presence in the area, including teams doing water and air searches. The Joint Rescue Coordination Centre helped with the efforts.
Sadly, the man was later found deceased. Police say no foul play is suspected.
The Huron County OPP is thanking the public for their help.
