Bayfield residents are invited to take part in the 11th annual Earth Day Village Clean-Up on Tuesday, April 22nd. Everyone will meet at the pavilion in Clan Gregor Square at 9:00 a.m. to get started.
Local groups, businesses, and individuals are encouraged to join the effort to help keep Bayfield clean and beautiful. Once participants check in, they can pick a route from a village map and head out to collect litter around the community. Refreshments will be available for volunteers.
People taking part are asked to wear bright clothing or a reflective vest, along with proper footwear and gloves. If possible, bring a bucket to collect garbage, but extras will be available for those who don’t have one.
After finishing their route, volunteers should return to Clan Gregor Square. The event is a great way to celebrate Earth Day while giving back to the village.
