The Blyth Festival Theatre are partnering with a local brewery. Cowbell Brewing Company has signed on to be the exclusive hospitality sponsor of the Blyth Festival for the next three years. The agreement also includes sponsoring the development of a new play that focuses on an historic Blyth resident.
In a statement, Cowbell’s Cheif Development Officer Grant Sparling II (the Second) says the Festival is integral to the culture of the community and my family has called the village of Blyth home for three generations.
A spokesman for the Festival says they continue to receive great support from the Sparling family. They go on to say it continues to forge a path as a leader in telling authentic rural Canadian stories on stage and providing a voice to this region and across Canada.
