11 year old Alexa Yeo uses her art as a way to teach others, and raise mass amounts of money for worthwhile causes.
She says she is thankful for the frontline workers, and got 50 other children involved to make a video and wrote a song for the video to thank them for what they are doing.
The video played on national news, to Yeo’s delight and surprise.
She made another song for an event, and was able to raise loads of funds.
She helped someone special to her make another video that raised money for another great cause, and independently painted her way into raising more money for different organizations.
She elaborated that in school she has been tuning up on the magnitude of racism, and how to treat people as equals, regardless of race.
Her advice to people her age is simple. Always be determined.
