It is Rockstar Employee Day here on myFM and right now we are featuring Mikenzie Skinner.
Mikenzie works at Exeter Foodland and has worked there for about 10 years now. She started as a part time employee in High School and has worked her way to Grocery Manager.
Skinner says she was quite surprised she was nominated, but it made her heart happy.
“Even on your worst days, you got to try and put a smile on and cheer everybody else up. Someday’s are going to be harder then others, and I have those days too. I do try to help other staff where I can” says Skinner.
In Skinners nomination, it explained she is always cheerful and smiling. She listens to what everybody has to say and goes out of her way to help everybody.
She says she owes her work ethic to her parents and wishes all the people she works with could also be nominated.
