In a bid to bolster healthcare services in the community, the Kirkton-Woodham Optimist Club is gearing up to host their first-ever charity breakfast on Sunday.
That was Vice President, Brian Richardson – he says that “it’s what our club stands for—to give back to the community.”
The breakfast, funded solely by donations, signifies a significant milestone for the Optimist Club. The menu promises a delectable spread —all prepared fresh on the day of the event.
Richardson expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support from local producers, who generously donated essential ingredients for the breakfast.
So head down to the Kirkton-Woodham Community Centre on February 18th from 9 am to 12 pm – admission is by donation, and all proceeds go to a good cause.
