The Mayor’s Breakfast is coming up on May 9th, and this is a perfect opportunity to get the inside scoop on what’s happening in your community, and rub elbows with the movers and shakers.
Robin Glenny, Chair of the South Huron Chamber of Commerce, says that the Mayor’s Breakfast is a platform for residents and businesses to gain insights into the municipality’s upcoming initiatives.
Reflecting on past breakfasts, Glenny noted that each year brings surprises.
Last year’s gathering saw a cheque for $3 million handed to Mayor George Finch by MPP Lisa Thompson, and saw a spirited address from Mayor George Finch – an instance that is sure to be a repeat this year.
Glenny says that the breakfast is a great opportunity to remain informed about what’s happening in South Huron.
The Mayor’s Breakfast is scheduled for Thursday, May 9th, at The Barn, located at the Exeter Golf Club – tickets are $30.
Doors open at 7:30 AM, with breakfast served at 8:00 AM. To secure a seat, interested individuals are encouraged to register with the South Huron Chamber Office by April 26th – call 226 423-3028 or email office@shhc.on.ca
