The South Huron Hospital Foundation is closing in on their annual gala, set to take place on Friday, June 7th, at the South Huron Recreation Center – there are a few seats left, and today is the LAST DAY to buy tickets.
Krista McCann, the Executive Director of the Foundation, shared her excitement that they’re back again this year.
She said that she’s looking forward to this year’s guest speakers – Canadian comedians Colin Mochrie and Deborah McGrath, promising an evening filled with laughter and entertainment.
Highlighting the significance of the gala, McCann reminisced about last year’s success, where the Foundation raised over $500,000 in a single night. These funds play a crucial role in supporting the South Huron Hospital by financing the purchase of vital equipment, such as heart rate monitors and ultrasound machines.
Looking ahead, McCann teased an exciting surprise announcement at this year’s gala, hinting at one of the Foundation’s most significant investments to date. She emphasized the importance of staying at the forefront of healthcare technology to attract top talent and provide exceptional care to the community.
Reflecting on the unwavering support from the community, McCann expressed gratitude to consistent donors, business partners, and municipal supporters who contribute to the Foundation’s success year after year.
Tickets for the gala are $250.00 – you can get them right now at shhf.on.ca/gala
