A 12-year-old from Lambton County has been charged following an disturbance at a school in Forest.
Members of Lambton County OPP were called to an address on MacDonald Street in Forest, around 1:20 p.m. on October 31st.
The youth faces multiple charges under the Criminal Code, including four counts of assault, one count of assault causing bodily harm by choking or suffocating, and one count of mischief for property damage.
Police note that no serious injuries were reported.
The accused has been released from police custody and will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice at a later date. The Youth Criminal Justice Act protects the identity of the young person involved.
