A Huron East resident has been charged with impaired driving in Central Huron on October 21st.
Just after 1:00 a.m. Huron County OPP officers arrested a person who had driven their vehicle to the OPP detachment in Clinton. The driver was arrested for impaired driving and later gave breath samples to a qualified technician. The results showed readings above the legal limit.
A 40 year old from Huron East, has been charged with operating a vehicle while impaired – over 80.
The vehicle was towed and impounded for seven days, and the driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.
