
A 58-year-old man has been charged after police responded to a disturbance on Josephine Street in Wingham on February 10th.
Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called just before 6:30 p.m. to investigate the complaint. Officers arrived, found the suspect, and arrested him soon after.
A man of no fixed address, has been charged with three counts of failing to comply with probation and assaulting a peace officer.
The accused was taken into custody and appeared in court in Goderich for a bail hearing, where he was ordered to remain in custody.
